At Blue Bandana, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your home goods in their original box and include all protective padding to ensure the items arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
